  • Just wanted to thank the composer, Brian Crain, for the use of that incredible piece of music. It was so perfect and touching as if he wrote it just for this little video! AND as always, thanks to Batworld for doing all that they do! You all are amazing.

  • @PapillonOne. His music is brilliant! You can listen and purchase at brian crain dot com.

  • @MrSkullandbones13. Thank you! We love taking care of them. We have raised thousands of orphans (both fruit and insect eating bats) and Lil' Drac is the only one who rocks himself. It's just part of his little unique personality.

  • Awesome work you people do for this incredible creatures. Think it's awesome he still rocks himself. Is it common for bats to do that?

  • X///3 I almost lost my drink I saw the first face shot of Drac,he is so cute!!

  • Bats are amazing creatures. I spent 2 years in the Army in Panama and each evening I would watch in awe as literally hundreds of thousands of bats would stream out from the roof tiles of our barracks to forage at night then return in the morning as the sun started to rise. Thanks for the wonder videos.

  • I'm sure I'm the millionth poster to say so, but he really does rock. :) Bless you for all you do for these little critters.

  • What would we think of an (alien)being who could influence our lives in the way that those in this video have influenced Lil Dracs?

On a darker side;what wud we think of an alien who treated humans the way our species treats most animals.

And why is it so seemingly difficult for our species to act in a manner that we ourselves would wish to be treated by someone of greater might.

As humans we can either be angels or demons & thankfully for Lil Drac those in this video are of the former variety.

  • I just love the part at 2:37 when he's hanging on the basket and is looking around. So precious!

  • do you keep him?

  • your his mommie!

  • i admit it; i cried when i found out he still rocks even when he's all grown up. so cute! Bat World Sanctuary is an incredible thing and i'm so glad people care about bats like you guys do :)

  • When little, Lil' Drac rocked. Then he grew up, and now he RAWCKS!! (throws handsigns and bangs head, 2-ft-long hair flailing left, right and center!) B-)
