Yeah siding with 1254716, there a multiple problems, that cant be fixed.

1) When you have a security code, and have it on the phone for so long, it will be UNLOCKABLE
2) Battery sucks
3) horrible camera/video
4) Horrible sound quality, (too high, too low)
5) The only good thing is the nice feel you have in the keyboard.
6) Does not have a "silent" application instead of vibrate, etc.
7) DOES freeze up, gets so bad your probably going to have to send back.
8) Have to download app for music sync

i SOOOOOOOOOOO BADLY want this fone but my contract is nt up til this upcoming December. 11 months away!! i hv the blackbeery curve 8310. and its alrdy broken... =[ i rly wnt this fone. so i hv to save up to 450$ to get it. my dad wont buy it.... omg im soo in love with dis fone!!

u can get other colors too. ther is also a blue 1.
