  • I dont have velocity!! I've had to watch this show on you tube, when are the season dvds coming out???

  • You are the man Herm. Thanks for this bad ass video. I am building an 82 kz550 ltd right now. It will be the first bike I have ever owned and I figured if I am gonna ride then I need to build my own bike. I live in Ocala and I am building it in my garage.

  • this information is priceless to me,im building my cycle on a budget and i cant afford some nice seats...thanks alot!

  • I get how you make the seat, and this may be a dumb question, but how do you attach the actual fiberglass "tail section/seat" to the frame? The original seat has the hard bottom "frame" with the hinge to attach it (on a CB360T). I am wondering how the finished painted tail section attaches to the frame. Thanks, and great video

  • Part 3!!!!!d Sanding, priming and painting? Please Please Please!!!!!

  • Yeah, is there a part 3? Very nice work btw! i especially like the lip for holding the seat pad in place

  • Hey guys, we just use industrial strength velco to stick the pad to the seat pan. As for the foam, we get it from the local craft supply store.

  • I understand adding the lip around where the upholstery goes, however i'm curious how you mount the upholstered section to the fiberglass?

  • Where do you buy the foam

  • I made mine out of metal.. Nice work!
