@DukeTwicep Science is not owned by atheist scientists, you speak of it as if they do. Just because they try to discover things within it doesn't mean believers are off limits. My only point here is: Don't believe if you don't want to, after all, the only "burden" the believer has is to preach the Gospel, not to convince the world. If I were to convert to atheism, I would need a lot more faith than with Christianity, the chances of life appearing on Earth by chance are ridiculously low.

@gospelnews123 Also, I won't say sorry for telling you to shut up. You were rude in the first place by stating that the "atheist scientists" were, quote, "Stubborn fools". That's quite a claim coming from someone with, I'm making an educated guess here, with no scientific education whatsoever (apart from ordinary teaching in school). You claim that "they can never prove that God doesn't exist". Perhaps you are talking about a deistic god. But the god of the Bible has already been disproved.

@gospelnews123 As Dawkins wrote, "The fact that a question can be phrased in a grammatically correct English sentence doesn't make it meaningful, or entitle it to our serious attention."
Personal experience is not proof, not ever. I think most apologetics are misusing the word "proof". The definition of the word is chiefly: "A proof is sufficient evidence or argument for the truth of a proposition." -Wikipedia.
This could be physical evidence or evidence from logic (eg. arguments).

@gospelnews123 You say you can't prove his existence scientifically. But that is the only proof that ever existed, there is no other proof. Although I must say that I don't think you know what science really is. Science is everything. When we talk about scientific arguments, we really mean: sound, rational, logical, coherent, among other definitions. Your mind is scientific, the way you think, feel and experience is scientific. That doesn't mean your arguments by default are scientific.

@gospelnews123 No actually you end an argument with not saying anything, which is what you apologetics usually do. Oh you never denied that, but you think it's totally OK to just talk bullshit about science. I think that perhaps before you start criticizing something you can't fathom you could at least try to be sceptic about your own position. So you have no evidence, then why do you even believe? If there is No evidence, then you can just as well believe in the Easter bunny.

@DukeTwicep Please analyze what you read. When I say "legal" it means sort of "with the right" or "fair", etc., nothing to do with jurisprudence. Also, I never denied we as believers can't prove His existence (scientifically). I'm always open to discussion, but when people close an argument with "shut up" it usually means they need to pursue a little bit more intelligence. Greetings!

@gospelnews123 Also, it's just a theory among many that there was no time before the big bang, we don't really know yet. You are speaking about things you can't possibly fathom with your religious, constricted and walled up mind. Keep to your Sunday church prayer to invisible psychopaths in the sky, and we other rational beings will tend to reality. Don't bother yourself with logic, for your mind is so polluted by dogma that it's impervious to it.

@gospelnews123 And they are not Atheist scientists. They are scientists. Calling them Atheist scientists is like calling them human scientists, it doesn't really matter. But you're right, most scientists are Atheists. You know why? Because if you have a greater intellect you understand that there can't be a god. The concept of god was probably made up by lesser intellects to control the masses. It doesn't mean lesser intellects can't fathom a world without a god, but they are more easily fooled.
