This video highlights how The Ultimate Suspension dramatically improves the safety, handling and performance of a four wheel drive vehicle. For this example we compared a standard 2010 Toyota Hilux with all terrain tyres against our Ultimate Hilux which is fitted with a 4" suspension kit and 33" mud terrain tyres. As you can see, The Ultimate Suspension completely transforms the Hilux and improves the on road safety and handling with more clearance and flexibility off road. • 1:44 Should use same type/size of tyres! Any experiment cant be more than 1 manipulated variables. Must repeat the testing, using same tyre, coz u are testing the suspension

The testing shows how the vehicles are driven on a day to day basis. By default, a 31" all terrain tyre is much better for on road use than the 33" Mud Terrain. Even with this larger tyre which has less traction and larger rolling diameter, the vehicle is more stable and out handles the original suspension. It's not scientific testing but shows even when the Ultimate Hilux is disadvantage in testing, it still comes out on top.

  • Why would I choose this over lets say, procomp or skyjacker products?

It looks quite stiff - nice for on road... But its an offroad vehicle, shouldn't it be more flexible?

  • @ev13wt

This kit has been custom build to suit the Hilux and comply with the Australian design rules. The other brands are quite good as well but I believe most of their products are designed for the Tacoma which has a completely different lower control arm. The vehicle looks "stiff" on road because we have improved the steering geometry and custom built the kit to suit the vehicle. By doing this we can achieve unbelievable on road performance with more flexibility and clearance off road.

  • Fellow, the tyre is different 1:44

I don't understand? The Ultimate Hilux is running 33" Mud Terrain Tyres and the other Hilux is running a smaller BFG All terrain tyre (31" I believe). No tyres were swapped during the testing.

  • These tests can be manipulated easily to sway ın favor of said product. I.E. the tests ford does to show how the f150 can do everything better than the Toyota tundra. There isn't a suspension lift on the market that can magically make your rig handle better on road than stock. That being said I would totally buy this kit and slap it on my truck.

  • INTERFACE IPOD para TOYOTA.

A melhor solução para ouvir o iPOD no rádio original de seu TOYOTA, baseado no protocolo do rádio original, através da porta CDC original que fica atrás do rádio. Acessem: unnishop.com.br

  • how stiff is this setup for daily driving? It looks good in the video with minimal body roll and might be good if its a race car but on dodgy roads with pot holes etc it will shake you to pieces.

  • the best suspension in a pickup is the isuzu dmax.....nothing more to said
