i live in Longview Texas and we have NEVER had a tornado come through and our sirens always respond late. We always have funnel clouds around the early and mid spring and then again in the late fall but they never touch down in our area so we have gotten away from it soo far.

I'm from California, tornadoes here are rare. If I heard those sirens, I'd probably run around screaming, run outside, and end up getting hit by a speeding car as my final fatality. I'm not even sure if my city has civil defense sirens to be honest, but I'm pretty sure we do since we live within 10miles of a Nuclear Power Plant.

Oh god this is hilarious. I'd freak out if that happened, ours only goes off for testing or severe storms. We hardly get tornadoes
