@whatshendrix Actually, lots of deists and theists have given lots of solutions for the world's problems. A belief in a deity does not exclude other concerns any more than nonbelief does. That is a non sequitur. Of course, what you are probably getting at is something akin to the conspiracy theory "secret society rules the world" claptrap surrounding much of the semi-employed marimba player's personality cult. On that nonsense, I, along with most theists and nontheists alike, will pass.

you simply don't know the history of the Zeitgeist Movement. The first movie was originally created by Peter Joseph as a musical performance; it was intentionally radical and controversial. However, after the first movie came a second and THEN the true birth of the movement. When you created this video, the second video and movement were both created, NEITHER of which pertain to religion in any way. Your debating the first movie, not zeitgeist supporters.

@norvman If that was his only claim, we would be in agreement. The problem is he also claimed various religions - not just Christianity but also ancient pagan religions - were based upon such an astrological system using precession and the zodiac. On this he was absolutely dead wrong. The ancient pagan religions he mentioned predate the zodiac by millennia and his alleged connections between Christianity and the zodiac are absurd at best.

@labarum312 Joseph Based his Religious argument on the FACT that making decisions based on the alignment of the Sun, Moon, Stars, Planets is not a Logical and therefore flawed system of Social Decision making... your video in no way makes any statements to disprove his argument... therefore it is quite clear to ALL (except yourself of coarse) that your points are moot...

Of course, over the last few weeks I have noticed that all the folks who say "the movie is not the movement" act as though you are attacking the movement when you point out the movie is based on crackpot conspiracy theories. I take it folks following TZM aren't terribly bright. Thanks for confirming that again.
