Your are close, but to be more precise, it has an instant grab frame rate regardless of the level of super it is. Her level 1, 2, or 3 has the same instant grab, even faster than other grappling characters. That's why it's so deadly. Just like how Guile's Sonic Hurricane has an instant hit range on it, meaning if you aren't gaurding when it activates you will be hit. But yeah, your analysis is still pretty good.

her super used in dis match (Negative Gain) is probably the best (correct me if i'm wrong) super in dis game.
when dis super goes off in front of u, RC doesn't mean anything.
also, it can be connected with reg. moves.
and just like zangief's super, unless u start jumping BEFORE the super light goes off, ur caught.
it has awesome range, too
