The myth I refer to in the video is not about the stars, but about needing a guide to go to Dogon country. As for blaming someone for trying to earn some money, it depends how they do it.

Maybe "guide" is a polite way of saying: "someone to keep you from stealing artifacts from the site". HM?

in the video i speak of two kinds of guides: day guides and hourly guides. going up the cliff would not be much of the day guides' responsibility, since you only go up for a short time. it is these guides which, in my opinion, you dont need.

as for the hourly guides, my understanding, from reading LP perhaps, was that the hourly guides were somehow meant to keep you from desecrating the anscestral site. as you see in the video, i took one of these guides for an hour.

not a myth. The dogon is from ancient egypt and had to flee in order to keep their ancient beliefs. Its not a coincidence that even the so called leaders of this country and others still dont have the knowledge the dogon had. And why are we putting pyramids on everythng. Theres something that the elite arent telling us about ancient egypt and the powers that are really there!!

another case of caucasians explaining african concepts and culture from a european lense. cant help but defame and present arrogant ignorance when they try. its cocky for europeans to even believe they could comprehend or decode african culture and mysteries. thats why beliefs about egypt, ethiopia, and other African countries are so misconstrued today. thanks but no thanks for your contribution to the problem. invest more of your time into things you have a chance at understanding
