Integrate 09 - QSC new K series powered speakers

Footage from Integrate 09 show. Part 2 of our QSC-athon. This one is great if you're into powered speakers, it begins with the new K Series from QSC: high power (1000w) and great features. The charismatic Tony Russo (we met him in part 1) talks us through the range, and he brings up some salient points. Episode finishes off with a bit of Martin line array. All impressive.

These boxes are amazing i take them out to so many gigs and they never fail me.

VERY VERY cool speakers, I bought 2 K12's and I liked them so much I bought 2 more k12's and 2 K Subs, BUT here is a couple things they got WRONG in this Video.....#1. if you have the k12 DEEP switch set in the deep mode, the low end DOES NOT go away the harder you push the speaker, and # 2, you cant just take a k10 or k8 amp and put it in a k12 like said in this video, all the amps Are TUNED FROM QSC for the size of the woofer in the box!

Got the "previous" model to the k series myself. HPR 153i, HPR 122i and HPR 181i and been very happy with them. Good thing to see QSC listens to customers too... HPR was described as a bit heavy, so now they have the very lightweight K series. QSC is going to do well with these speakers. cheers to TAG and thanks for the coffee.
