Haydn was co-inventor of the string quartet as musical form along with one of Bach's children. It is a very refreshing experience to listen these four dedicated prodigies keeping this musical form alive in the 21st Century. Kudos!

It has often been said that to play Haydn well is the mark of a really great quartet and this is lovely Haydn playing. TheElias are a fine team and deserve to prosper. Good luck.
