Store anything you need for toilet (toothbrush, dental floss, bar of soap, disposable razor, hairbrush etc.) into the spaces of a fishing gilet or in a belly pouch properly weared.
For the self care, i advise to depart with a set composed by a little bag containing 50 ml of toothpaste, 50 ml of shampoo, 50 ml of skin cream and 50 ml of suncream (it's easy to find a complete set of 4 tiny bottles 50 ml, for just 3/5 euro) and buy the rest directly into the arrival city.

I've never flown Ryanair and probably would choose them if I had to go to Bergamo, Girona or Charleroi. Unfortunately Ryanair flies to these quaint small towns making people believe they will land at Milano, Barcelona or Brussels.

@derfit83 Depends on what the airline allows. When I went on Air New Zealand recently the carry on bag limit was 7kgs (15lbs)

what about the weight?

you'll be smelly for a month, you forgot your toiletry bag ;-), nice packing though
@shephia
Few tricks for You and for anyone would want to fly with a low cost airline:
1) Purchase a netbook (1 kg weight) and find ebooks for studing
2) At the boarding gate wear some clothes (philosophy of "onion skin")
3) Wear a pouch to store money, documents, camera, etc.
4) Use the WC after the security check, then fill a tiny and empty bottle with drinkable water (where it's possible)
5) Don't be rude with the airline staff
Enjoy your low cost flights and spend your saved money! ;-)

I regularly fly with ryanair. if they ever say your bag weights too much then remove several items of clothing and put them on you (ie. jumpers and jeans), infront of the ryanair staff. Smile at them and say thank you very much, before boarding your plan with ALL your luggage.
