They don't just have to take the house down, they have to chop it up into pieces small enough to be loaded into a truck or a dumpster. They could just kock it down in a few swipes but then there would be giant wall size slabs laying flat on top of each other - hard to pick up and move. But I agree it would be way cooler!

i ha8 it when they take like half a day knocking down just 1 house
i duno y they dont do it in like 5 minites
it took me like 30 seconds with our jcb-8060 to take our huge tree house (cus it went dangeriosly rotten in places)
