The Occupy Little Rock group met at the River market Pavilion on Saturday October 15, 2011 to march. The March would stop at the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, The Federal Reserve Office at the Stevens Building, Bank of America, The Federal Government Building, and then the State Capitol. Media reports claimed 500 people attended, but the crowd appeared to be around 300, far less than The Tea Party Rally at the Capitol or the March for Life. The Occupy Little Rock crowd behaved much more civilized than the squatters of Zuccotti Park. There was no pooping on cop cars, fighting, drugs, alcohol, perverted acts, littering, rioting, calls for violence or other Occupy Wall Street like actions.

In this video, there was the reading of the Declaration of the Occupation of New York City, a bizarre declaration that accused "they" of all kinds of grievances, without identifying "they". The solutions to these grievances, such as a $20.00 an hour wage, no debt, no creditors, open borders, and other unrealistic solutions were not read.
