材料 / 牛小排 3條、洋蔥 半個、紅辣椒 2支、大蒜 5粒、蔥 1支、青椒 適量、紅椒 適量
醃料 / 醬油 1小匙、酒 1小匙、胡椒粉 1/4小匙、新鮮鳳梨 2片
調味料 / 蠔油 2大匙、糖 1小匙、黑胡椒粉 1大匙、鹽 1/4小匙、太白粉 2大匙 水 半杯
做法:
1、鳳梨切塊,擠汁放入一容器中,將牛小排切開成3片放入,拌入醬油、胡椒粉、酒一同醃漬。
2、洋蔥切片;大蒜切片;蔥切段;青椒、紅椒切段,備用。
3、醃10分鐘後,每片沾上太白粉入鍋煎香後取出。
4、鍋中入1大匙油爆香大蒜、洋蔥、辣椒,放入蠔油、糖、打一點水,放入胡椒粉、鹽,紅椒、青椒,加入牛小排,再入蔥段翻炒起鍋,盛入容器中即可。
