A Pennsylvania boy who was 11 years old when he allegedly shot and killed his father's pregnant fiancée could find himself being the youngest person ever sentenced to life without parole. Human rights groups say this is an example of how the US justice system is to harsh towards juvenile offenders. Ashley Nellis a research analyst at The Sentencing Project says the US is the only country in the world that sentences juveniles to life without parole.

  • @fjordstrummer heartless little troll nobody deserves to go to prison for life let alone someone who done their crime at the age of 11

  • @Flynnsbuff you stupid tard,,,you mean to tell me that criminals dont buy there guns from other criminals,,,what are you gonna do flynn, when a criminal breaks into your house,,,and wants to shoot your kids or wife ??are you gonna ask them not to..or r u gonna use gun on them,,,,,guns dont kill people,,people do,,,duhhhhhhhhhhh;;yes fucktard a country like japan dont have alot of gun deaths,,,but they have a shit load of knive deaths,,,,does that mean they should ban knives????????????

  • @MrRobertmarvin You sir, are a grade A moron. That point has no valid meaning to it.

So you believe that only people who have committed crimes before (making them criminals) buy guns? Most people buy guns to feel protected which means more people have to buy guns because if the next door neighbor has a gun then I need a gun and it escalates. Then you have a gun filled society in which is easy to get a gun in a flash in a heated crime. boom!

  • @Flynnsbuff you are a stupid moron for thinking this,,criminals dont go to the gun store to buy guns,,,they buy them from other criminals...the only thing more gun laws would do is make it harder for law-abiding people to buy guns,,,it would not stop a criminal

  • @Flynnsbuff Absolutely!

  • @fjordstrummer I think the problem here is quite obvious. Guns. Strict gun laws are necessary. Unarmed police are necessary, this is the only way to stop the escalation.

  • Hope you like prison kid cuz you are going be there forever

  • This is The United States of Don't Break The Law in America

  • Screw you Satan.
