  • Thanks for the comment,3N14 has always been open to Hesperia, although they have put a gate, that they close now and again, which they have no right to do,but do it anyway, its our forest, roads, and trails, not there's,but that's happening all over our Country, not just here,it's way past time to fight back, but we must,Good luck in Montana, keep it free.

  • if thats the trail i'm thinking of i never knew it was closed

  • 3n14 has never been closed, but the trail just past the horse ranch to the left that comes out to the horse campground was closed for a long time.

  • I was born in AV, my dad was born in VV and my grandfather was born in San Bernardino. I have been all over the world, but I still live in the area. It has gone nuts! I remember one stop sign on Bear Valley Rd. The Bushel Basket, one theater - The El Rancho. Those were the days!

  • thanks for the comment,I remember when we had only 2 stop lights from the 15 out to deadmans point,i dont even count them now,a lot more fun then.

  • Wow, I can't believe how nobody ever comments on some of these videos! I am the former Miyamotorules, and nobody has made a single comment since my last one 4 months ago. There must not be many people who like Hesperia? They sure could have fooled me. Hesperia was so darn jam packed with people (especially immigrants) before I moved from there that it was starting to resemble L.A. I miss the old days when Hesperia had a LOT MORE desert and not many people. Those days were like Heaven.

  • thanks for the comment,my folks bought a lot here in 1953,i moved here in 1984,loved it with less people, and when more of the places we could ride were open, now a lot have been closed off and getting worse, and yes it is looking more like L.A.,two bad,I miss the old days also.

  • I used to drive out past Big Pine Flat on 3N14 from Fawnskin to camp and hunt coyotes until '96, when I moved to Montana, but I never drove all the way to Hesperia, as I think the road was closed that far down at that time. The "Backside" was a great place to grow up, and I miss it all, but not enough to move back from Montana.

  • ou812rh, i totally believe what your saying

i lived there for 7 years and now everythings gone to hell

    They closed Deep Creek

    They closed Honda Valley

    Whats next?

  • I love Hesperia...So your not alone

  • Icant believe even the good ol desert is takin over by illeagal mexicans. I loved it there growing up

  • What makes me sick is that the City Of Hesperia probably considers the population growth a successful thing. They don't realize that the population is what destroyed Hesperia! It was also getting more & more gangs and stuff before I moved. It's supposed to be the "High Desert". Not the "High City". If you get what I mean. I keep having having dreams every single night of my parent's old house on 5th x Sycamore. I loved it yet nobody wanted to buy it.
