You should be able to find it in the cake section. The section with the vanilla essence and food colouring bottles. Depending on your country :)

Looks good! However, one tablespoon of peppermint essence sounds like a lot - are you sure you don't mean 1 or even 1/2 teaspoon? I have seen Milo in Canada but most people here and the states would probably use Quik.
Also, although it isn't relevant in this particular recipe, I just wanted to say that I avoid using ice because I use frozen fruit when making smoothies. I think that is useful advice for those of us with super-crappy blenders that don't chop up ice very well.

@LisaDeeCanada Your right 1/2 a tsp would of been better. I just have a thing for peppermint :)
I like the idea of frozen fruit also. I will still be using ice in my recipes, but i will add the frozen fruit in future recipes as an option for everyone to try.
