what i love about perkins is that he was a very unusual unique guy -- good looking, sensitive and yet very intense unlike for example james stewart -- perkins was no soft guy, he was just strange, and that made his relations to women in films so interesting and powerful to me

He was so straight forward likable. So sad he died when he did.

I'm still dumbfounded at how Anthony Perkins thought he did an amateurish job directing Psycho 3 - - second only to Psycho 1 it's a TERRIFIC sequel piece!! I recommend it to anyone!

I thought of Anthony Perkins as a person, not just by the characters he played, which they were all amazingly memorable, i just remember him as a person, and not a character he played.
