  • Excellent work, how much can I expect to pay per sqf for something like this, I'm located in Chgo, Il?

  • if the floor alows you 5/8 of mud or more try using a rich dry pack cement with thinset coating.you will find it to be more efficient and 0 shrinkage but the dry pack cant have clumps in it .

  • AWESOME! :)

  • What song is that ?

  • THAT LOOKS EXPENSIVE TO INSTALL

  • YOUR MAD IS VERY HARD I THING.

  • what is floating mud? How much of a spacing should I you use for an 18 x 18 travertine tile?

  • are you using mortar as a floater? what kind of mortar?

  • Great job man! I do the same thing here in S FL. I find it easier when I use the flat trowel (without notches) when I do the buttering. I've been doing this a long time and I really havent seen much of an advantage to using the notches. Just a suggestion. Keep on Keepin on!

  • As for Emotikas question, you obviously do not live in an area where there are earthquakes nor excessive changes in atmospheric pressure. Were the travertine to be butted one against the other, cracking and warping would certainly ensue...As for using spacers, well, every "artist" has their own flare... so leave it there...
