PS3 = around $250 in my country => Runs every PS3 game smooth because it's made for that...

PC = for the same price as a PS3 => Crap, can't even handle the latest games on as many FPS as the PS3.

You can make your own PC which is compatible with the latest games, easy min. of $600 loss. Not even a monitor/keyboard/mouse included.
