It's just harmless fun. She wasn't hurt or anything, she was just a little scared. It's no big deal. You all obviously don't know alot of babies. They cry all the time. And most of those times it's for the littlest things, I mean, the baby could just be hungry when it cries, if you saw a video where a kid told his parents he wanted a snack would you call that cruel?? If a baby cries it doesn't mean they are being hurt or abused. What if YOU Were playing peekaboo with a baby and they started cry

Parents scare their babies once in a while. It's harmless fun. When they get older they enjoy the scare games more but I guess a great deal depends on the child's personality. The baby doesn't seem to dislike her parents so I doubt the child is getting abused, look instead judge! All those people commenting seem moral knights, because they probably feel they never did something bad I guess. Much ado about nothing...
