Yes they recognized that issue with 08 and they fixed that issue in 09 and this year as far as I am concerned both sysytems look and play almost exactly the same.

WIth the new Sony price points FORCING Microsoft too slash prices on the Elite system it is only a matter of time before the 360 is 2nd in HD console gaming. The 360 had a year head start and cheaper systems but it has NOWHERE NEAR the same specs.. BTW, I own both systems and had RROD on both brand new 360's I have owned. My launch PS3 is still playing like it did in 06.

I own the game for both consoles and I do not have this problem you are talking about. I have been disconnected from a few people using the PS3 version if there broadband is weak but I have also got the same issue on the 360.
