We have done testing around the passive and semi passive models in California with regards to residual chemical and how that directly relates to the toxicity data of our system. We have been working in recent months with multiple water control boards throughout California as well as the EPA in Washington DC on how exactly everyone intends to define active and passive treatment.   • Have you done any toxicity testing on the discharge like that required here in California for ATS? Can you set up a site with 500 NTU input and consistently have <10 NTU discharge? That's about what is required in California.
