@fish67y Personally a device like emotive's theta wave headset would be more ideal. (Google it)

@fish67y But not a modded version with some of the features however others as a neuro compass, reflashed to zone on to the minute sounds in the lower Hz which I feel are the thoughts that I'm picking up. When I gather enough data of ideal features & user interface intel, I'll approach the designer & see what can be done.

this video is boring who wants to help they already have an RT EVP dude

@BravoParanormal217 Thank you; I will in due time.
Still summing the specs most desired since such a tailored device is a concept - not a patented design that one can duplicate & fabricate at will from a set of plans & would require ideally additional features the baseline recorder lacks well beyond a reflash. Although I have pretty much narrowed down the essential features I would want & could probably suffice with the stock RT-EVP at worst.
ARE YOU KIDDING?
You are asking for a prototype of an audio device with an implemented software which does the biggest job.
In order to record/play in high quality you want to deal with expensive components, and the software will have to include filters, equalizers, spectrum analyzer and so on. And how much are you offering, $ 200?
FYI since you don't know who this stuff works, unless you are talkin in 4/5 zeros, forget about your project (and don't specify the voltage, it's hilarious).

@AnasTangi Well I understand your point, however I was inclined more to find someone who would reflash an existing device then conjure one from scratch. Basically for this to work; the tool needs to be able to record & simultaneously re-record to extract the lower frequencies that I refer to thoughts since they often compliment the conversation. 2.) To allow the user to reverse the subvocal results on demand. (manually or automatically) 3.) fit in a pocket.

@AnasTangi 2.) Con't I'm not an engineer but I know the principle to make this work. So many zeros did I loose & are you up to the task? You can PM.
Besides I want this to pick up dates (I already have had some astonishing replies when I approached targets a day later with the results. I also have on file a female manager at a restaurant on a spy-cam with an accompanying result to a flirtatious gesture. but can't post it at this time but can arrange a private display.

@AnasTangi 3.) Con't You however can use this any way you wish as monetary benefits are secondary at this point in my life. I can put that in formal terms if you wish.

@Begbucks Well, it's good to know that you have some knowledge in this field.
I am not that good to do that, sorry just a music lover, and you will probably need a very skilled programmer.
My only advice is to find a solution based on software on computer, you can do a lot even with free VST plugins so you can process your audio on a laptop you carry with you even in real time. This way your programmer won't write all the software from scratch, but only modify existing free modules.

@AnasTangi Not entirely but enough to discern the scope of this discovery.
Yes VST would have advantages however why not have the device itself process this information when the frequency of thoughts as EMF signals is dialed in? Much like a pocket radio receiver for the mind. Afterall the frequency of various moods has been well documented (I have a video on this) Therefore it shouldn't be too difficult to zone in on that.
Copy it internally to translate the results & perhaps auto reverse too.
