Surely,
The film shows if we all work together, enjoyment can be had by all, selfishness on the part of even one, can end in nobody being in a poition to enjoy anything. Is the man at the other end of the platform Happy?

If the guy at the end jumps a little bit the platform will briefly tip in his favor, causing the box to slide towards him. In this fashion he will be able to slowly draw the box towards himself. Of course, he will have to be very careful, especially at first, to make sure that he doesn't allow the platform to tip to far towards the box while he is in the air, lest the box slide off its own side.
That's what I would do, anyway.
