Haayy,,,he's kinda cut3 :) Nicely done,,,i pulled my muscle on my left leg while doing a split, in Dance and wow i couldn't even walk. Now when i attempt to do a toe touch it hurts, yet i am quite flexible. I guess it's because of my old injury but maybe this will help. Hope so..

Both sides of my hip popped. But it didnt hurt. The stretching feels intense but when stand up it feels good.
