  • Both sides of my hip popped. But it didnt hurt. The stretching feels intense but when stand up it feels good.

  • If you do this twice a day for i minute for two months and owering your groin to the ground each time, you'll be able to do a full split.

  • wut if somebody ran up and kicked him N the nuts during that stretch. *~*

  • Haayy,,,he's kinda cut3 :) Nicely done,,,i pulled my muscle on my left leg while doing a split, in Dance and wow i couldn't even walk. Now when i attempt to do a toe touch it hurts, yet i am quite flexible. I guess it's because of my old injury but maybe this will help. Hope so..
