Goldfish Overload! Babies 4 Months ~ 120 Gallon Tank

Latest update on the goldfish: The biggest ones are now 4 months (2.75" from head to tail) and the rest range from 3 to 3 and 1/2 months. 80% of the water is changed EVERYDAY to maintain quality. This prevents parasitic and bacterial infestations in a crowded tank.

I feed these guys New Life Spectrum sinking pellets based on some really good reviews I read about it and it's amazing how fast the fish grow. They absolutely love this food. I prefer the sinking pellets to flakes and floating food since this helps prevent Swim Bladder disease.

I installed a Rena LG100 Automatic Feeder recently for this nursery tank. I did a little mod setup so that when the feeder dispenses food, it goes into a funnel straight down a tube and into a smaller 2 gallon tank I placed inside the main tank. This is to prevent the sinking pellets from getting sucked into the Aquaclear filters. You can see the fish gathering inside the small tank as they wait for food. (I read somewhere that they retain memory of feeding location and feeding times).
