A capacity building program has been conducted in Ilagan, Isabela and Baggao, Cagayan last March 23 and 25, 2010.

This is to benefit 250 corn farmers in Isabela and Cagayan to be partners in a disaster rehabilitation project from 2009's typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng which damaged crops amounting to millions.

The Agricultural Disaster Rehabilitation Project is a joint endeavor of the Foundation for a Sustainable Society, Alalay Sa Kaunlaran (ASKI) Inc. and the Kapatagan Multi-Purpose Cooperative with funding support from the HEKS Swiss Interchurch Aid and Swiss Soilidarity.
