I have a Q for u so i went natural been like a year now, i dont know how to deal with my hair its basicly a headache so i keep it in braids,box braids. Is that good interms of growing it? In winter it breaks off so i just keep the braids on lol

@tmkvnms , yes braids is definately a good choice when groeing hair, but make sure it is also conditioned regularly

I had been using the hemp oil in my hair 4 two years and know i take it. I.a will take it for the rest of my life it is so amazing it's that good oil. Hemp helps with stress and so much more this is a god giving plant and oil.
