Blast your chest like never before with the Push Up Ladder. Start with a low push up position and go to exhaustion and then pull the pins and move up the vertical posts like climbing a ladder. At each level burn our push outs until you reach exhaustion. As you raise the hand grip position the resistance will decrease thus allowing you to continue the exercise after burning out at each level.

  • I gotta be honest with you. once i have saved enough money i will be buying this piece of fitness genius. I do not care what any body says I can see with my own eyes the undeniable value of this product. if used correctly and daily faithfully it will turn the meek into a beast. I truly believe that this product will be the edge i need in becoming the next big thing in combat sports and i must that if the "ice man" believes in it then I must say it is the real deal. thank you for this product!!!
