You should never immerse yourself in only one style of music, especially with a genre as broad as "Rock." There are other forms of music that are also good.
I was a the last DOTN concert with the original lineup...WSU in Ogden, UT with Metallica and Gary Cantrell. I was never the same again.

@randommagnum actually the last show with the original lineup was after the Metallica tour was allready over with. After Ogden the Metallica tour went on to play Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Las Vegas, & San Diego on Sept 23, 2008. Then the guys in DotN went on to do a few more one-off type shows the final 2 shows I'm aware of with original band are Louisville, KY Oct 24, 2008 & Dallas, TX Nov 5, 2008 - the next night was sched for New Orleans but was cancelled.

@itsallgood239 - The intro is called "Orch of the Medium" and was recorded Live solo acoustic Sept 24, 2003 in Flint, MI and is available on the official "Travis Meeks Live Bootleg" CD.
