  • That is pointless.. You're swinging your back and throwing the dumbells up.

    Don't do that many reps if you're going to sacrifice technique.

  • @willay23 not pointless, the whole idea is that you are chucking something in to break up the normal training, and its supposed to be swinging as you are over training and the only way to do that is forced repetitions, try it first, its tough and supposed to be

  • @Allmaxuk Well no, if you are swinging your arms and back you are not even concentrating on your biceps, never sacrifice technique.

  • @willay23 you have your opinion and I have mine, yes sacrifice technique now and then, as forced reps get you further, and it mixes it up, i.e. shocks the body, also look at Jay Ronnie etc they all swing once fatigue sets in, Fact I know I have met them and trained with them
