is there a tau sar pau recipe oso? i dont know how to make my paos/paus white! and my jiaozi dumplings turn yellowish! ): what is wrong? how does the factories mak them white??

The factories would use bleached flour for white paus.

wow i'm going to try. I don't know if i made the dough right because i just used a standard recipie for steamed buns. Hopefully it works out. :D loks delish!
