Haiti is a black hole down which billions of dollars have already been sunk, with no appreciable gain for the common people of Haiti. Why? Because the common people of Haiti are content in their ignorance and poverty.

Nothing will improve until the people of Haiti actually want it to and work towards it. Until that day, I say we cut them off. Or occupy them like we did in 1915-1934. If our money goes into it, we're gonna say how it's spent.
