@thekittenmaster123 im pretty sure it doesn't have any magnetic brakes. The silver dial on the side isn't magnetic, but instead it adjusts the centrifugal brakes.

The mgx has centrifugal brakes not magnetic. I hate magnetic brakes, but i like centrifugal brakes.
