  • More hip drive, becareful when you split your feet out sideways like your doing. They are suppose to go out bit a tiny bit, your going out too far.

Focus on driving the bar up, using your hips as the main driver, shrug hard and pull under it faster.

Reset each Power Clean, don't just drop the bar like that.

You have some decent power but becareful with your form! You don't want to be injured!

  • thanks for the pointers nice to see some one with video make comments.

  • haha i hate when people make fun of people on the internet, i enjoy reading the comments because i gurantee 90% of them can't do what you just did

  • amen

  • elbows should come around higher, it is harder to do with straps so maybe he should not use them untill he has the flexibility. it is bad form to catch on the wrists it should be racked on the delts and clavicals. also reset between reps don't "bounce" even if they are metal plates. and don't shoot the feet out to the sides to stay above parallel.

  • these aren't power cleans

  • strong guy, the form is a little off...just focus on keeping the bar on one plane the whole time, itll add to your explosiveness, but who cares its still a pretty good power clean

  • man what are the dilikes for, niggas disliken this only 5% of you guys can do this guaranteed

  • you can also see corey lane run the rock on u tube. he is the truth.

  • Well spoken JDsoN210!!!

  • You can probably do 225 too then. I'm 17 and can probably hit it in a couple of weeks.

  • learn better form, dude. you're asking for an injury

  • Changing your shoes will also help your form. I used to do power cleans with running shoes and it used to make it more difficult to maintain form. I switched to a more flatter shoe and it helped alot. I also stuck to a lighter weight to get my form perfect before going for the heavier weight.
