@rchammer90 - I think it goes beyond that for girls at the bar...
It's hard for us guys to relate personaly, but women feel an instinctual "pull" towards guys that stand out from the others and push the acceptable limits. Mystery's hats and clothes did this, and that got attention from several people everywhere he went. So women notice people gathering around Mystery more than other guys, so they also wanted to be part of that gathering... That's normal female social behavior.

notice that while you're watching this video you cant help but just stare at what he is wearing. it's hard to listen to what he says, but you don't want to look away....... that's how the girls at the bar feel

- Exactly right... Moral of the story: Women do NOT get turned on by pure visual means like men do. Unless you can trigger those inner feelings and demonstrate confidence in the right way... connect with a woman the way Neild Strauss did so efficiently... a guy's good looks are pretty much worthless in pick up.

- This reminds me of a certain story in "The Game". Neil and a group of students were in a club and were pusposefully wearing ugly hats and fake lip rings to prove that looks don't matter as much as game. Long story short: A hot 10 accused Neil of making fun of bald people, and he responded "actualy, underneath this hat I am bald" and the hot 10 was totally taken by surprise... and he managed to hook up with her inspite of being bald.
