It looked like those first couple of descents the vehicle was in neutral or the clutch was engaged. The rollover was caused by braking at exactly the wrong time. As a general rule, steep descents should be driven with vehicle in 1st gear low range, feet off clutch and off brakes too, allowing the engine to control the descent speed. Some gentle braking is sometimes required if the track is too steep, but if the vehicle slides, then you need to accelerate and steer down hill and into the slide.
