@tekkenfan54 No that is the rod of Aesculapius, which is one snake around a stick meaning healing. the caduceus is the one you're thinking of and has two snake with wings, the wings meaning commerce.This is a common mistake in north america mostly.

7:23 Items can't hit him. Just make him move. Some spells can't hit him either. Just stick to t0 or t3 from a distance and he won't even move until he drops orbs.
