I like the old school training methods. Nothing beats using your own body as resistance training. Pull ups and push ups for some weird reason work just about as well as anything for explosive power.

Brock's just a big guy who throws the punches like he wants to cut the tree... That simply wouldn't work against Emelianenko, cause he is a trained fighter, the sambo and boxing skills of Fedor would kill Lesnar, and of course Fedor's speed.

Fedor is the greatest of all time period.
There is no man who come's close.
Brock is a Monster no doubt, and i would love to see this fight, but lets see him win a few more fights before he opens he's mouth fighting fedor.
