Pango (classic PC game)
The game is actually a copy of the famous arcade game Pengo from Sega.
This was my favourite computer game in the 90's. This particular version is written in 1983 by Sheng-Chung LIU.
The game has some bugs. For instance, when you reach level 49 the game hangs with some sort of divide by zero error.
The following games were written by Sheng-Chung LIU:
Alternate Reality: The City (1988), Datasoft, Inc.
Bruce Lee (1984), Datasoft, Inc.
Pengo (1983)

I also played this game until my fingers bled...LOL I wish I could find it to play on IPhone or a copy for the computer. If anyone has a copy, let me know.

@joshblaize I played this on our family Tandy too! Have you been able to find a Pango, on or offline, that runs at a playable speed?

@minute4 I'm with you. Does anyone know where to play this game online or have a link to a downloadable version that doesn't execute at hyperspeed?

I remember this game that came with the Cd rom game program "The complete Encyclopedia of games." This was back in the 1990's and mostly had tons of shareware games. The only downside is that sometimes you had to go to dos to load the games, and most of the really old dos games just sped through rapidly. And the really horrifying thing was that I had Win 3.1 and some games required more memory and thusly I can't load it. Overall it seemed like a great bargain for new pc games at the time.
