@MajorasTriforce Now it's Hen Dogg instead of Hank. Not a big improvement on Silva's kid. What was Hen Dogg doing before he joined the SHG?

Yes, he was. When Gee left in the 90's, Mike and Hank did a lot of shows together, but then Silvia Robinson brought her son into the group, which Mike describes as an "untalented ass"!

This is the most recent clip with the original SHG that I can find. All the rest have either Mike and Hank and Joey Robinson or Mike and Gee and Hen Dogg. I heard there was a fake SHG put together by Sugarhill Records, but Mike must have been a part of both groups, right?

Blimey! I love this track. The guys singing it don't live up to what I fantasised they looked like in 1979! Still a brilliant record though.
