Nice dummie i bet it a good mental workout too if I would make a suggestion try putting a bag of flour in a canvas bag maybe 4" high and as wide as your plank in the center so you can strike it harder but I like it very cool

good LORD there are so many ass holes on here. don't listen to these rich fuckers, homes, your dummy is a beast. and as for your wc/jkd skills, i could really care less, because if you have the determination to build a fucking dummy then i'm pretty sure you'll improve fast.

Why do people make there own to cheapen the price, the device just is not to the correct dimensions as a wooden dummy, he will not benefit from this at all as we know.

looks like a small coffee table nailed to the wall
you can't even use it to train for low kicks
also you can tell its like a table also on the two legs on the top, because a wodden dummy should have the right arm lower , not equal level
