You don't think any of this perception could have to do with the fact that you were likely younger in the 80s than you werere in the 90s, do you?

Everyone is blindly biased toward the decade of their youth. Hence: The 90's ruled!!!

@80sfreak1979 Wat? We were still in the Cold War in the 80's. The 80's didn't go away till like 1993 anyway. Remember neon? That's the last tacky, horrible and gay 80's fashion influence we had to endure. Oh and fanny packs too. Then again, everyone was on blow so anything looked good on anyone. Everyone tried too hard trying to look "futuristic".

Huey Lewis seems to want his money for nothing and his kicks for free. All i ever really wanted in the 80's was a Sinclair C5, but they were bloody expensive.
