The Yew Tree (Unknown Artist)

hello! This is an old version of a fairly older song that goes by the name of The Yew Tree. I have searched for information on Internet, but I haven't found anything. If you know of any other versions (I already have two or three) please! Contact me! lelorien@hotmail.com. By the way this is a version I found on a p2p program named Bear Share and it only came with the Artist name of Irish Mist. if you have any info on the artist too contact me. Thank you

Are youi sure? Because I've been told the band was "Irish Mist".  I checked their website and yew tree was there

Its an old traditional Scottish song.

The battlefield Band do a cracking (much much better than this) version on their album 'home ground'. Check it out.

I'm not totaly sure, but I know the sound of her voice because shes a frind of a frind of mine. And the band you ment are yust two guys! I surched for a site in the web but thers nothing official from them!

Thanks for the comment! I've searched but here in Canada, Quebec (a french province at that...) traditional Scottish albums are not very easy, but I'm sure I can manage. Do you know of any other versions? Or information about the other one I have uploaded?
