@TheDealer1228 Once you get Cait Sith go to pretty much any beach until you fight those squid things. Cast manipulate on them and have them cast big guard on your party. Then go to Fort Condor until you find the giant green enemy with thick white wings and white belly (not sure what he's called). Cast manipulate, and have him cast white wind. You find 2x cut in the sunk gelinka, then you level it up until it becomes 4x cut
