The Goshorn brothers were in before Vince Gill and the band was great then! Two Lane Highway, Amie, Kansas City Southern and Dark Colours.

Pure Prarie League sang "Amie" first. Vince Gill joined the band right after this song hit big. He said it was the best band he has ever been in. He quit to start a solo career.

Is Ricky Skaggs singing this? I know he was the original singer of this but I'm thinking he didn't sing this version?

My wife and I saw PPL in concert at UT Martin, Tn. in the late 70's I beleive it was. What great harmonies!! They did a cover of the Beatle's I've Just Seen a Face that just about knocked my socks off! Great band!
