You can't make this up. And why would you. A 13 year-old Albuquerque kid was arrested for burping in class. It's beyond sick.

Whatever happened with child abuse? The cops taking our kids is just plain child abuse. I feel so bad for the kids today, they won't know what its like to be fun and free.

I hate to say it, but this selective culling of the kids is akin to the caste system. Get em a jacket, deny them equity and use their labor for free after they are admitted to the cll block, at age 17
