  • He's going to be another LB in the likes of T. Lewis, A. Box, R. Calmus, T. Lehman, M. Balogun, and company.

  • To anyone who doubts that this kid has what it takes to make it at OU, despite the competition---or lack thereof---on this video, only one thing matters.

Brent Venables thought enough of this kid to offer him the first linebacker scholarship of this class.

The best linebacker coach in college football obviously sees something in Ronnell Lewis that he liked. I am inclined to trust his judgement.

  • @jturpen2 With all the respect in the world for Austin Box, but him and Mike Balogun should not be considered with others you mentioned as far as talent. Curtis Lofton and Rufus Alexander should be there, and Torrance Marshall.

  • A rumor I'm starting says that Stoops has plans to put Ronell in at a 3rd Tight End Spot to add another option for Landry and to keep #56 on the field.

  • @HighTyro05 yes, i am very impressed.

  • " the Hammer " !

  • @HighTyro05 Pros: 3 fewer defenders, Cons: 3 fewer blockers. Its pretty evened out to me. Plus a D1 scholly like Oklahoma? They must see something in him. 8 man isnt much different then traditional 11 man. Its fewer spots for players to play, so the 8 best athletes of each team are on the field.

Heres one kid we use to have in TN. plus more of our kids signed with D2 schools

  • Is this 8 man football, and you guys are impressed that hes running like that on 8 guys.

  • Lol on the last play i was like where in the hell is the D?

    BOOMER SOONER

  • And the hits just keep on Comin'

    BOOMER SOONER!

  • How about his tackling on special teams in the sun bowl? Man those were as big of hits as ive ever seen b4.

  • than rocky calmus, teddy lehman? have you lost your mind?
